To celebrate the distillerys 200 year anniversary, our Whisky Creations Team have selected this classic Speyside malt to mature in modern, small bourbon casks from our partners, Koval Distillery, in Chicago, USA. With a higher wood to spirit ratio, these small 110 litre casks mature spirit far quicker than if it were in a standard American barrel or a Sherry butt.
